I have always been a naturally curious person, who seeks to understand the innermost workings of myself, others and the world around me. The mysterious and wonderful interaction between the mind, body and spirit, is something I found particularly fascinating.
In 2010 I crossed paths with Kinesiology & Chinese Medicine, and what started as a career change, actually became a life altering paradigm shift.
A deep and profound quest had begun to heal old trauma and reclaim love for myself.
I created Vitamin Earth Natural Therapies and committed myself to helping others do the same. Come with me down the rabbit hole and dare to know thyself.
