Shipping Policy
All goods are thoroughly inspected prior to posting and carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We strictly use Australia Post satchels, which include tracking information and insure your parcel to the value of $100. Orders are sent within 2 business days and tracking info updated on your order. You can follow your parcel via the Auspost website or link provided with your order.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued when a suitable replacement cannot be supplied and/or if a product is lost or damaged in transit.
